Carbon industry is an important raw material industry of the country. Due to its excellent characteristics, it is a special material that can not be replaced by any metal or non-metallic materials in many special fields, and it is a typical circular economy industry. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, aerospace, wind energy, solar energy, nuclear power and other fields. The types include graphite electrode, carbon electrode, prebaked anode and cathode, carbon block, carbon paste, special carbon, etc.

The carbon industry has been plagued by factors such as high-intensity labor, large amount of labor, harsh operating environment, high risk factor, and environmental pollution. Aiming at the pain points of the carbon industry, Shandong Desheng Robot has launched special intelligent equipment such as carbon block filler, carbon block feeding, carbon block surface cleaning, carbon block bowl cleaning, and carbon block mold box welding. Through the application of intelligent equipment, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the occupational hazards caused by environmental problems to workers' bodies are avoided, and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.

The complete set of equipment is divided into three independent modules, carbon block feeding, carbon block filler and carbon block surface/bowl cleaning, and the operation accuracy reaches ± 1mm, far exceeding the customer's requirements. The three modules operate independently, and different modules are configured according to customer requirements.

Function description:

The mouth of the carbon block is effectively protected by adding rubber particles to the mouth of the carbon block and adding partitions on the surface and bottom to prevent the mouth from deforming during baking and affecting the quality of the carbon block.

Process description:

1 When the carbon block reaches the filling position, the stop mechanism and side pushing mechanism position the carbon block;

2 The robot takes cardboard from the cardboard bin and takes filler under the rubber particle bin;

3. The robot moves to the filling position, places a layer of cardboard at the bottom of the bowl mouth, then puts the filler into the bowl mouth, and puts another piece of cardboard in the bowl mouth on the filler surface;

4 The robot system resets, the filler stops, the side pushing mechanism resets, and the carbon blocks move out;

5 When the carbon block reaches the pressing station, the stop mechanism and the side pushing mechanism locate the carbon block;

6. Press and vibrate the filling materials in the bowl mouth;

7 Press the stop gear, reset the side pushing mechanism, and remove the carbon block;

8 During removal, the surface shall be cleaned by vibration.
