The device is mainly used in the laboratory automatic processing and mechanical (magnetic) performance testing system of cold rolled steel coils, such as general cold rolled, galvanized, electroplated tin and silicon steel samples, to replace the traditional processing mode with low production efficiency and heavy load. Obtain sample preparation requirements from sample information according to test requirements. The area to be prepared is marked by laser, jet printing or label. The sample preparation is sent to the testing position through the AGV system, and the automatic loading and unloading is realized by the manipulator, and the uploading of testing data is completed automatically. The samples that need to be retained will be transported to the three-dimensional warehouse for storage through the AGV system.
