The automatic differential assembly line is a fully automatic flexible assembly line. Through the use of six-axis robot, 2D vision system and 3D vision system, automatic assembly of axle holes with minimal clearance can be completed, and it is compatible with a variety of specifications. This production line is the first in the world to realize automatic flexible assembly of automobile parts such as differential for heavy trucks.
