The automatic flexible production line for shell reduction is a flexible automatic production line. By using a six axis robot, a 2D vision system, a 3D vision system, and a servo press, the automatic processing, inspection, grinding, and assembly of auto parts such as the main shell reducer for heavy trucks and the main shell reducer cover are realized. It is compatible with automatic production of more than ten products. This production line is highly flexible and is the first in China.
