The processing of intersecting line cutting and welding system is widely used in nuclear power equipment, fire fighting pipeline, pressure vessel, oil and gas transmission, water supply and heating and other industries. The equipment is supported by the national 863 project "Phase Pipe Curve Automatic Welding Numerical Control Equipment Technology and Application Demonstration" undertaken by the center, which integrates intersecting line cutting and welding functions. It has the functions of main hole cutting, branch pipe head cutting, weld laser scanning, joint main structure intersecting line welding and so on, including main hole cutting with groove, laser scanning actual weld, swing welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding, realizing automatic cutting and welding of pipe orthogonal, oblique, eccentric intersecting and other intersecting parts.
