Using the vision system, the contour of sand mold and sand core can be scanned, and the existing defects can be detected and uploaded to the system, which can effectively avoid casting defects.
For hardness testing, the robot carries an intelligent sand mold hardness tester to test two points in each model of the sand box: to test the hardness of the sand mold and transmit the results to the upper computer.
